Visualise your opportunity
- Partner closely with the business to source and attract top talent for CBRE's GWS Local business in the Pacific
- Be responsible for Local GWS talent strategy, manage all roles across Australia nationally and work with the business to identify high performing talent in a proactive manner
- For key roles including Sales and Projects, manage all elements of the recruitment life cycle including job briefs, sourcing candidates, interviews, offers. For the remaining roles, support your hiring managers to source and make informed hiring decisions.
- This is a stand alone role where you are the subject matter expert and can make an impact.
- Focus on talent pipelining, candidate experience, employee referral initiatives and preparing our talent pipeline for growth in Pacific
- Take part in a number of exciting Talent APAC projects and other duties for key stakeholders
About you
- Experience in internal and or agency recruitment in a corporate environment
- Experience in recruiting in Facilities, property, project management/construction, technical/hard services and trades services
- Highly motivated and personable, comfortable engaging with array of stakeholders
- Focus on delivery of service, solutions orientated and adaptable to evolving needs
