While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in the advertised office location. Please note we are also open to the role being part-time at 4 days a week.

What role will you play?

As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for the ANZ region, you will report to the regional DEI Lead and be strategically embedded within the regional People and Culture team to drive our ambitious DEI agenda. You will provide expert advice, manage programs and change initiatives, and ensure alignment with organisational goals to create an inclusive environment that empowers individuals to explore what's possible and deliver to their greatest potential. Your role will involve supporting employee network groups, developing impactful diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on communication, transformation projects and managing external partnerships to maximise learnings and best practices.

  • Expertise in planning and coordinating strategic projects and strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills
  • Diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expertise or experience
  • Experience managing and supporting employee network groups and committees.
