Job Description
At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As the Restaurant Manager at GYG Rothwell, you will lead the charge in overseeing daily operations. You will empower the team through leadership coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L and Guest Experience metrics. Your role will see you maintaining the highest standards of operational quality, adhering to all procedures, while embodying the GYG culture!

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically we are looking for candidates having:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Experience in coaching and leading both leaders and crew alike within a busy Restaurant
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing staff to achieve their true potential
- Skill and experience in identifying and developing talent and building a culture of succession within a restaurant team
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
- Success in meeting Guest Experience Metrics achieving an outstanding customer experience
- Previous success in meeting KPI’s
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
