We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. As a key member of our management team, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
Ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
Manage reservations, seating, and table management
Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and poise
Collaborate with the management team to drive sales, control costs, and optimize profitability
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for customers and staff
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving sales growth
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service standards, and health and safety regulations
