Join our Rocklea team as Retail Manager and take the wheel to drive both customer satisfaction and business results. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensure operational excellence, and elevate the Ultimate Tyres brand in our community.

Your Mission
Lead our store to success through:
- Merchandising & Inventory: Curate stock, manage levels, pricing, and service quality
- Sales & Profit Growth: Plan promotions, monitor financial results, exceed sales targets
- Customer Experience: Provide expert advice on tyres, wheels, and services, including heavy-duty fitment and alignment
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service
- Operations & Compliance: Oversee budgeting, record-keeping, and ensure OH&S standards are met
