What’s Cooking in Property?
As our Retail Property Manager ANZ, you’ll help our restaurants thrive by firing up the performance of our full Nando’s property portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be the go-to for all things property—whether it’s opening fresh new restaurants or spicing up existing ones, we like to wrap things up with the right seasoning. Your role is all about building internal and landlord relationships, managing lease renewals, and keeping our portfolio in top form.
As you grow into the role, you’ll also get hands-on with new lease negotiations, divestments and more commercial action than a fully loaded peri-peri platter.
What You’ll Be Firing Up
️ Lease Renewals & Property Moves
- Keep tabs on leases expiring in the next 12 months and make sure we’re ahead of the game
- Support the team with new restaurant openings, relocations, expansions, and refurbishments
- Prepare hot-off-the-grill site handover packs so our Design & Construction team can hit the ground running
️ Sizzling Projects & Works
- Stay close to Landlords to make sure all agreed works are delivered on time, in scope, and up to Nando’s standards
- Collaborate on refurbishment plans and negotiate landlord approval
️ Portfolio & People Connections
- Be the heartbeat of property across our ANZ restaurants—building tasty relationships with our brilliant area managers and Landlords
- Act as the first point of contact for our restaurant teams when they’ve got a property question
- Team up with Facilities to keep things running smoothly, coordinating approvals, managing landlord works and contributions where needed
️ Let’s Talk Promotions
- Work with Marketing to turn centre-based promotions into full-on flavour moments—think vibrant hoardings, eye-catching signage, and buzzworthy builds
Sound like your flavour? We’re looking for someone who can blend commercial savvy with relationship sizzle—and who’s ready to help our restaurants shine from the inside out.
The Skills to Set You on Fire :

- A degree in property or something similar? That’s the cherry on top
- Lease lingo fluent: You can read lease docs like they’re your favourite recipe.
- Used LeaseEagle? Big tick. Worked with Monday.com? Even bigger tick.
- Admin legend: You keep things running on time, on track, and on point.
