About You
You are a motivated and confident individual who thrives in a team environment and enjoys working with customers. You bring a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to retail.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous retail sales experience
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- For Full Time roles: Able to commit to a set roster including weekend days
- For Casual roles: Available throughout the week especially on weekends
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and advice
- Drive sales and contribute to meeting store targets
- Maintain store presentation and product displays
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations
