Your Day-to-Day
As a Retail Trade Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Sales: Processing transactions for both in-store and phone orders.
- Customer Engagement: Informing customers about our latest promotions and special offers, ensuring they get the best deals.
- Problem Solving: Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, offering effective solutions.
- Store Presentation: Managing merchandising and maintaining engaging store displays.
- Continuous Learning: Participating in regular training and development to deepen your power tool knowledge and enhance your sales skills.
- Weekend Work: This role operates on an 11-day fortnightly roster, which includes one rostered weekend day each week.
