Located in Melbourne’s vibrant inner-north, Novotel Melbourne Preston is a leading conference venue and leisure destination offering contemporary accommodation, stylish dining, and versatile event spaces in the heart of Preston. With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients.

Easily accessible via the 86 tram and Mernda train line—both within walking distance—and with over 400 on-site parking spaces, our property is ideally positioned. Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced revenue manager ready to take their career to the next level: drive revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands, optimize pricing strategies and channel performance, build best practices and work with sector-leading technology. 

As Revenue Manager, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams, to optimize our revenue performance and achieve our business goals.

You will formulate and execute revenue strategies, manage inventory, and collaborate with the executive team on forecast and pricing. You will be a contributor to our revenue management community of practice internally and externally, mentor junior team members and receive learning and development support as you grow your career as a Heartist®.
