About the Role
To support the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager – Advice and Fordham in
implementing and maintaining the Risk & Compliance Management Framework
across the Private Wealth Management (PWM) business.
This role ensures that PWM operates within the legal and regulatory framework,
effectively manages risks and embeds compliance into business processes and systems.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in the co-ordination of Risk & Compliance activities across assigned business units.
  • Contribute to the implementation of PWM’s Risk & Compliance Management Framework, including relevant programs, systems, tools and policies.
  • Support the delivery of the Risk & Compliance team strategy.
  • Assist in License Management
  • Help develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of controls in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Contribute to risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Support reporting to senior management, boards, and committees
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
  • A law, finance, business or accounting degree (or equivalent).
  • 5 years’ experience in risk and compliance roles and/or relevant business role.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of financial services and accounting businesses.
  • Financial services experience essential and exposure to the operational aspects of Financial Advice and Accountancy well regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Results oriented with a desire to deliver innovative solutions.
