About the Opportunity

As the Risk & Resilience Manager, you will report to the General Manager of Legal & Risk and lead the management of CleanCo’s enterprise risk and resilience functions. This includes crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response to ensure we stay ahead in a constantly changing environment. Your expertise will shape our risk strategy, ensuring resilience across our operations and developing projects, and you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture that thrives on preparedness and innovation. Here’s what you’ll do:


  • Lead and manage the implementation of CleanCo’s risk management and resilience systems, including governance frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Guide strategic risk management efforts and support scenario planning for business-critical decisions.
  • Drive our crisis, security, and business continuity management functions to new levels of efficiency and impact.
  • Advise on risk strategies to address CleanCo's most pressing challenges.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide insights, improve systems, and lead training initiatives to strengthen risk management expertise across the organisation.

About you

  • Extensive experience in risk management and resilience leadership
  • Strong judgment, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
  • Expertise in crisis management, security, and business continuity planning
  • A proven leader with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in risk, governance or a related field.
  • You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
