Your next big opportunity: Room Leader for our Hammond Park centre!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educator, ready to take the next steps in their career as a Room Leader at our established centre in Hammond Park.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
- Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
- Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
What you bring to the table:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Education and Care Regulations.
- A warm and caring personality.
- Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
- A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
