Responsible for selling the Identity Access Management suite of products and services, you will develop relationships with partner organisations, represent RSA at industry events and be a trusted advisor to the ANZ partner community.

What you’ll achieve
As the Channel Sales Manager, you will work with channel partners within Australia and New Zealand to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, drive strategies and business opportunities across the channel and optimize sales execution to drive new and incremental opportunities for RSA’s Identity business.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Work with channel partners to identify and qualify sales activities, drive strategy and new business opportunities for RSA’s Identity suite of solutions and services in Australia & New Zealand.
- Drive weekly operational cadence metrics and KPI’s with partners that align to RSA’s strategic objectives.
- Build relationships with Senior Executives and nurture C-level engagement within the partner community.
- Identify cost-effective and practical alternatives for the channel by bundling products/service solutions to maximize SaaS opportunities.
- Work with RSA sales teams to drive the identity suite of solutions and services winning Net New Logos and incremental business within current accounts.
- Develop and implement upsell / cross sell strategies and sales campaigns to drive growth outside of named accounts with channel partners.
- Develop and align partner and distribution strategies to support the named account business in Australia & New Zealand.
- Partner with RSA marketing organisation to increase sales growth and expand market share.

Essential Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience selling / marketing technology solutions
- Solid track record driving revenue, including new logo acquisitions, through successful execution of business plans and strategies with the partners and distribution
- Ability to initiate, build and nurture partner relationships at all levels of the partner ecosystem
- Proven ability in developing and driving programs resulting in new incremental business outside of named accounts.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
- Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Cybersecurity selling experience
