Position: Sales & Admin Coordinator
Location: Epping, VIC
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (minimum 30 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $35/hour + Super
Start Date: Mid-September

EcoHome Insulation is a growing insulation company based in Epping. We help Victorian homeowners and builders improve comfort and energy efficiency through quality insulation services. Our team is friendly, fast-paced, and committed to delivering excellent service from quote to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle all incoming calls and either direct to the right team member or provide answers to common sales questions
· Respond to email enquiries and leads with indicative pricing and follow-up communication
· Call and follow up on existing leads and quotes to gauge interest and help drive conversions
· Schedule inspections for our sales staff and manage the shared calendar
· Support general admin tasks
Skills & Attributes:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Confident phone manner and ability to quickly learn about our services
· Comfortable using email, CRM tools (or willing to learn), and calendar/scheduling software
· Highly organised, with great attention to detail
· Able to work independently and take initiative
· Prior admin or customer service experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Work Hours:
Flexible start times (e.g., 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)
Full-time preferred, but part-time (30–38 hrs/week) considered
