We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Sales Admin & Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing team at Jellis Craig Geelong.
This full-time role plays a vital part in driving agent visibility, campaign success, and brand consistency across all platforms. You’ll manage end-to-end marketing for property listings, coordinate office and agent promotion, oversee sponsorships, and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing print and digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness
Running our social media and email marketing platforms
Overseeing marketing compliance and supplier coordination
Supporting agent onboarding and promotional materials
Building and managing local sponsorship relationships
Providing performance insights and marketing reporting to leadership
We’re looking for someone who:
Has at least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate
Holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
Is proficient in design platforms, social media scheduling tools, and has experience with Real Estate CRMs (Box & Dice)
Brings strong attention to detail, initiative, and time management
Has a genuine passion for branding, community engagement, and sponsorship partnerships

Requirements:
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Equivalent
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
Police Check
Strong administration and communication skills
