The Opportunity:
Admissions Cashiers are the first team members our guests meet, superior guest service skills and upselling the value of our multi park tickets is a core business expectation. With a focus on guest first impression, facilitating fast entry for our guests with a friendly nature is essential. Shifts are generally between 9:00am-12:00pm.
- Superior product knowledge of all ticket and entry conditions
- Upsell and value add to maximize revenue opportunity
- Meet and greet guests on entry including crowd control
- Process eftpos transactions and cash handling, ticket booth shifts only
- Guest/customer service experience essential
- Competent computer skills with above average typing speed
- Ability to work on any day including weekends and school holidays
- Ability to work night functions such as Spooky Nights, White Christmas
- and other special events
