This role is perfect for a JD Edwards expert who thrives on translating business needs into smart, scalable system solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our JD Edwards platform (Sales, Warehouse, Planning, Manufacturing modules) and driving continuous improvement across our supply chain systems.

What you’ll be doing:
- Provide hands-on support and configuration of JDE modules, ensuring system stability, integration and compliance
- Lead incident and service request resolution through ServiceNow, meeting SLA targets
- Design scalable ERP solutions, functional specs, and process maps to improve supply chain performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse, refine, and document business requirements
- Leverage JDE Orchestrations, RTEs & BSSVs to support integrations via Mulesoft
- Use JIRA to manage Epics, Stories and Tasks within Agile delivery sprints
- Maintain validation documentation in line with the CSVMP and Confluence standards
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle JDE (EnterpriseOne) expertise
- Deep knowledge of JDE Supply Chain modules (Sales, Planning, Warehouse, Manufacturing)
- Proven experience in ERP solution design, system integration and data integrity
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate business needs into technical outcomes
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments (JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence)
- Bonus points for FMCG experience and knowledge of B2B, B2C, and EDI integrations
