This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Job Description

The Senior Category Insights Analyst will play a critical role in uncovering and translating data-driven insights to shape Montu’s product and portfolio strategy. This role is focused on turning quantitive & qualitative data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive performance across pricing, product, and category decisions.
Partnering closely with the Category Managers, this role will build and evolve reporting frameworks, identify trends and opportunities, and support strategic initiatives with compelling commercial narratives. It suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can move between detail and strategic context, and is passionate about using insights to influence business outcomes and improve how we make decisions.
