About the role
As a Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in managing commercial risk, advising on contract strategy, and supporting dispute resolution. You’ll collaborate closely with operational teams to improve commercial acumen, ensure governance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on role with regular site presence required, including monthly attendance at our Dandenong depot and occasional travel to other project sites (typically within an hour of Melbourne CBD).
About You
You’re an experienced contract administrator with:
- Impressive experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of contract law, risk mitigation, and project delivery models
- Proven ability to manage complex contracts and mentor operational staff
- A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
