The role
Are you ready to make a real impact in the way South East Water manages and enhances its digital platforms? We’re now seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our Platform Management Team within the Business & Technology Group.
In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and improving the way we manage our digital platforms, driving enhancements across our OpenText Content Server Platform, supporting SharePoint applications, and contributing to M365 development within our Enterprise Content Management (ECM) division.
- Deliver and support cutting-edge enhancements to our OpenText Content Server.
- Provide Level 3 support for SharePoint applications and user requests.
- Collaborate on exciting M365 development initiatives that shape the future of our digital workplace.
Who are you?
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring a strong mix of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage and enhance enterprise content platforms, particularly OpenText Content Server, while supporting broader ECM and M365 initiatives.
A technically skilled and solutions focused individual, you’ll require the following key skills, experience and knowledge to be considered for this role:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Content Server (v23.x/24.x), including installation, configuration, upgrades, and module management.
- Strong knowledge of xECM for Engineering, WebReports, LiveReports, and SQL-based customizations.
- Experience with API integrations, performance tuning, and compliance standards (PROV, VPDSF).
- Familiarity with Teleform, Enterprise Connect, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Proven ability to provide technical support, user training, and maintain documentation.
- Experience resolving ECM-related service requests and managing customer interactions.
- Foundational skills in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, MS Teams, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to M365 development initiatives.

This role is remunerated at a Level 5, which is between $115,000 and $125,000 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
