About the role
Join us as a Senior Requests for Proposals (RFP) Manager based in Brisbane. You'll lead the charge in crafting high-quality, compelling investor documentation for institutional clients and consultants, whilst also collaborating across the organisation to support product fundraising and client retention through managing Requests for Proposals, Information Memorandums, Private Placement Memorandums and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the creation of relevant documentation that details QIC's investment capabilities and proposed solutions, ensuring the delivery of accurate information while consistently reflecting QIC’s brand and key messaging.
- Lead the creation and management of responses to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, Due Diligence Questionnaires and other information requests.
- Drive the development of product Information Memorandums and Private Placement Memorandums to support fundraising initiatives.
- Oversee the maintenance of the Corporate Information Library, ensuring it remains current and accurate.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organisation in the development and continuous enhancement of investor documentation.
About you

- Tertiary qualification in marketing, finance, management, journalism, public relations or business administration.
- Experience in product marketing, RFP and RFI writing and communications within financial services, banking or investment management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating complex technical information into compelling content.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of synthesising complex content into informative and readable written formats.
