Job Description
This is a permanent, part-time Service Leader role offering 30 hours per week, consisting of primarily split shifts in the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday. You’ll have a meaningful chance to lead with compassion, offering top‑tier support to children and their families. You will be responsible for:
· Leading and supporting a team of dedicatedEducators and Service Leaders within the region.
· Building strong relationships with families and the school community.
· Overseeing the day-to-day operations and programmingof before and after school care & vacation care.
· Ensuring compliance with NQF standards and TASK policies.
· Working closely with our local Services Manager, supporting and assisting with administrative duties
· A fun, inclusive, and enriching environment for children.
Service Location: Alexandria Park Community School (Sydney Inner West)

What we’re looking for:
You’re a motivated, passionate leader who truly cares about making a difference. You have:
✔ Experience in OOSH, childcare or education (leadership experience a bonus!).
✔ A Certificate III (or higher) in Children’s Services, Education, or a related field is preferred.
✔ A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid (HLTAID012).
✔ A commitment to putting children and families first.
✔ A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
