Here’s what we’re searching for professionally:
- At least 1 years experience in a fine dining venue;
- Wine knowledge preferred;
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to take direction;
- Able to work at a fast pace and high turnover environment; and
- High energy, passionate with a strong work ethic.
