Job Description
As a ServiceNow Consultant, you are responsible for delivering expert guidance and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, particularly ITSM and related modules. You engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure out-of-the-box ServiceNow applications, and translate technical concepts into clear business language. You also contribute to workshops, provide subject matter expertise, mentor junior team members, and ensure solutions align with ITIL best practices and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert consulting services for ServiceNow-based initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant modules (e.g., CIS SAM) using out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities.
- Participate in stakeholder workshops and solution showcases to gather requirements and present outcomes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language for diverse audiences.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) across ServiceNow platforms and ITSM processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability uplift.

Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM best practices and OOTB configurations.
- Experience with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Proven ability to develop creative solutions to complex business challenges using ServiceNow.

Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
