About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our Shared Services team. Reporting directly to the General Manager Finance, this role is pivotal in managing all AR/AP functions, optimizing processes, and driving performance across the department.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Debtors team in managing outstanding debts in line with company credit policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer debt collection and dispute resolution.
- Report delinquent accounts and manage referrals to debt collection agencies.
- Assess and report on bad and doubtful debts, including provisions.
- Manage the AP team and ensure compliance with local and US policies.
- Oversee the AP ledger and support branches with purchase order and payment queries.
- Monitor and manage cash flow across entities.
- Maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and optimize collections and payments.
- Ensure strong internal controls across AR, AP, and Treasury functions.
- Invest in team development through training and performance monitoring.
- Foster a high-performing, professional team culture.
