We’re seeking a Commercial Site Manager to take ownership of our clubhouse and resort facility builds — from wellness centres and cinemas to bars, pools, and summer houses — all designed and built to a premium finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end site delivery of architecturally designed commercial facilities
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, programs, and quality control on site
- Work closely with the internal design, construction, and development teams to bring resort precincts to life
- Ensure site safety, compliance, and smooth coordination of all on-site trades and works
- Report on progress, budgets, and potential risks, while leading site meetings and inspections
What We’re Looking For
- A hands-on, solutions-focused site leader with strong commercial construction experience
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-quality environments and knows how to drive programs to completion
- Experience working on resort, hospitality, or public-use buildings highly regarded
- Solid understanding of QLD building codes, WHS, and relevant regulations
