The role of Team Leader is successful delivery and support of customer-centric platforms that are usable, stable, secure, compliant, and aligned to business objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Leader, Digital Platforms, you will lead a team to deliver an exceptional experience for the websites and forms used by both our customers and staff. This role will focus on guiding the team to develop and support solutions in our various website platforms. Success will also be measured by team culture with the aim being a happy and engaged team who understand their importance in the organisation and the alignment of their work to customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to the team and advice on best practices for getting things done.
- Maintain your technical knowledge and attain certification to ensure you’re up to date on the latest and greatest with regards to our platforms.
- Lead a team within Customer Platforms, including setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Onboard new employees and contractors as necessary to meet organisational and project needs.
- Provide guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting professional growth, and ensuring alignment with organisational values and goals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, and vendors, fostering effective collaboration, resolving conflicts, and ensuring successful partnerships. Collaborate with the Customer Platforms leadership team to contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the department, aligning with the overall organisational strategy.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience of providing strong technical leadership and coaching to the team, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Knowledge and Experience:

- Strong experience in Sitecore XP 10.x, Sitecore SXA, and C# .NET
- Experience in website content management systems, digital technologies, online forms, and analytics
- Relevant industry experience
- Effective people and leadership skills
