- Support inventory management by identifying and resolving issues.
- Keep inventory records accurate by checking stock transfers and cycle counts.
- Investigate and report any stock discrepancies.
- Raising of Purchase orders, including parts and services to customers through SAP
- Data entry into a business-specific program (such as Servicemax, LGX, SAP)
- Customer Service: Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships. Ensure the swift resolution of customer issues and complaints. Increase and maximise all sales opportunities through a high level of customer service.
- Research, Reporting & Analysis: Advanced understanding & use of sourcing techniques & processes
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent CMMS system knowledge (Preferably ServiceMax or SAP FSM)
- Strong MS Word and Excel capabilities
- Proven customer service experience
- Inventory control understanding
- SAP knowledge and experience, preferred, not essential
- Salesforce knowledge and experience, preferred, not essential
- Technical background
- Forklift licence preferred, not essential
