Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since 1948 with 26 retail stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills and an in-house commodity trading team. No matter whether our customers are growing, breeding, or after general or more specific technical advice, our in-store teams are there to help with their subject matter knowledge and expertise.
About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity now available in our Woolgoolga Retail Store for an experienced, enthusiastic and organised, self-starter to join our team on a permanent, part time basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in all areas of rural retailing, including deliveries, customer service, counter sales and warehouse tasks.
- Plan and navigate rural routes efficiently.
- Load and deliver products securely.
- Verify product accuracy against delivery documents.
- Ensure on-time deliveries and communicate any delays.
- Handle point of sales operations and assist in-store or warehouse sales.
- Develop sufficient product knowledge to promote store sales and service when on and offsite.

What You Need:
- Clean HV driver's licence and a safe driving history.
- Experience as a truck driver, preferably in deliveries.
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
- Familiarity with local and rural routes.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy products.
- Strong commitment to safety and traffic laws.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work well in a small team.
