Job Title: Store Supervisor – Pasticceria Papa
Location: Haberfield, Sydney

Availability: Must be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and late nights (up to 11:00 PM on Fridays & Saturdays)

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Store Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth team operations, and maintaining the high standards that Pasticceria Papa is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during daily operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service
- Open and close the store, including cash handling and reconciliation
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Train and mentor junior staff, leading by example
- Handle customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and production teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality or retail (essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and late nights
- Knowledge of food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a customer-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must have the right to work in Australia
