We are currently, recruiting a career driven and passionate hospitality professional to support the F&B Manager in the role of Storehouse Food and Beverage Supervisor (2IC).
About the role:
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you demonstrate care and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, setting the example for the Food and Beverage team, to ensure every guest feels right at home whether they’re dining in our restaurant, ordering room service or attending a conference or event.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of F&B operations and processes run smoothly
- Directly manage the F&B team to ensure efficient and courteous service
- Coach and train staff to improve their skills and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries and resolving complaints.
- Assisting with budget management, including costs and revenue maximization
- Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager as 2IC when required.
- 1+ year in a food and beverage leadership role in a hotel, restaurant, or venue.
- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative experience in “bar activations” (desirable)
- Strong leadership skills to support team development and coaching.
- A strong floor presence with a “hands on” customer service focus.
- Hold a current NSW RSA certification.
- A Food Handlers Certificate and a First Aid Certificate or wiliness to obtain.
- As a hospitality role, this is a rotating roster across weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proficient in the use of POS systems and MS Office.
