As a Strategic Account Manager, Partners, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and retention across Team Global Express’s most valued partner accounts. This hybrid role has two key objectives: actively leading Team Global Express’s key strategic account (s) and be responsible for securing new business from tier one partners.
What You’ll Do
Manage a bespoke portfolio of strategic partner accounts, maximising TGE’s profile, share of wallet, and customer loyalty
Develop and execute customer growth strategies, service plans, and quarterly business reviews
Build and expand executive-level relationships across customer organisations
Champion customer needs internally to deliver innovative, enterprise-wide solutions across all business units
Drive acquisition of new tier-one partner accounts across multiple industries
Deliver against financial objectives including revenue targets, profitability, and revenue quality
Provide sustainable, multimodal transport solutions tailored to customer requirements
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience managing and selling complex B2B solutions to large enterprise customers
Strong track record in strategic account management, sales planning, and exceeding targets
Exceptional relationship-building skills from C-suite to operational levels
Commercial acumen in opportunity planning, revenue forecasting, and contract negotiation
Deep understanding of market segments, industry trends, and digital ecommerce solutions
High-level communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mindset with a strategic, evidence-based approach to problem-solving
Valid Driver’s License
