About the role
You will be responsible for undertaking administrative activities in relation to student progress through programs on campus and at partner provider institutions. These activities include but are not limited to plagiarism, appeals, cheating, academic progress appeals and general misconduct.
You will:
- coordinate student appeals in accordance with Institute and University policies, procedures and guidelines;
- coordinate misconduct cases for on-campus and partner provider students;
- monitor and maintain accurate records for appeals, decisions and outcomes; and
- provide a responsive and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You will have demonstrated administrative, organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work demands to meet conflicting deadlines combined with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
You will possess demonstrated:
- interpersonal and communication skills;
- ability to establish collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders;
- ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and contribute positively as an effective team member; and
- use of Microsoft Office and knowledge and experience with electronic records.
