As Student Recruitment Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for La Trobe University Sydney Campus (LTUSC). You’ll lead dynamic sales and marketing initiatives, build strong relationships with agents and partners, and help shape the future of student recruitment at LTUSC. Your work will directly contribute to achieving our ambitious growth targets and delivering an exceptional student experience.
Key Accountabilities and Results - What You’ll Do
- Champion student recruitment strategies that drive enrolments and business growth, achieving ambitious personal and team growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, agents, and university partners to execute impactful marketing campaigns
- Analyse market trends and performance to inform strategic decisions
- Represent LTUSC at domestic and international events, promoting our programs and building brand presence.
- Manage agent relationships, training, and performance to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Support the development of new courses and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and uphold brand standards
- Contribute to budget planning and performance reporting
- Contribute to, and participate in, LTUSC student and industry engagement activities
Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven success in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving growth within defined budgets
- Experience in international education marketing and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of the Australian university system and international student policies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to lead within a team
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly across time zones outside normal office hours
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing or a related discipline
- Current Working with Children Check
Desirable:
- Experience working in the private education sector
- Experience in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge and experience of marketing, including promotion, advertising, digital marketing, branding, building media presence, and public relations
