Description:
Collaborating closely with the Southern and Northern Regional Operations Managers, this role is responsible for centralising the Plantmark supplier experience and ensuring that consistent, quality-driven supply of greenlife and sundries is available for business units to achieve sales targets and company strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal operational teams to understand supply needs and ensure consignment stock pipelines are secured and fulfilled by strong, productive grower relationships. The role co-supervises an administrative shared resource for customer and supplier support tasks.
Key aspects of the position include:
sourcing reliable greenlife supply and identifying grower gaps and opportunities.
leading the analysis, development, and communication of solutions for challenges and changes relating to supplier stock and service arrangements.
active engagement with grower contractual arrangements, delivery terms and records management.
liaising with Business Unit Managers regarding inventory control and supply management.
supplier onboarding/offboarding standards and procedures.
biosecurity regulations and compliance.
The role is full-time and located at Plantmark Wantirna. Travel throughout Melbourne and outer regions is a regular requirement along with occasional interstate travel.

Administration and project coordination skills.
