We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.
Role Overview:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- In home Support: assisting clients with house task.
- Community Access: Support individuals to engage in community activities, fostering social inclusion.

- Strong communicators, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members;

- Team-oriented, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts;
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.

You will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
