The Learn to Swim Program operates between:
- Monday to Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings during school terms
- Opportunities to work within LTS holiday program during term.
- Potential for additional hours during school hours.
- Proven experience as a Learn to Swim Instructor (Minimum of 12 months experience).
- Ability to engage with and motivate program participants.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Commitment to high customer service standards and foster positive relationships.
- Reliable and punctual to rostered shifts.
- Ability to engage and motivate program participants.
- Must be over the age of 18 years old
- Working with Children’s Check permit (Employee).
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification or equivalent.
- CPR (HTLAID001)
- AUSTSWIM extension courses or equivalent.
- Australian Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID003)
