About The Role
This part-time position is for two days per week, Thursdays and Fridays, at 0.32 FTE with an immediate start. You will play a meaningful role in supporting student wellbeing and contributing to the smooth daily operations of a supportive and inclusive school environment. The role includes assisting with sporting activities and school excursions, managing and stocktaking equipment and resources, and supporting class roll compilation. You will also help maintain student development records, work closely with staff and students, and demonstrate empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Reliable, team player
Organised and detail-oriented
Experience in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to undertake training in first aid and health procedures
A strong communicator with a supportive approach to student care
Your Responsibilities
As the Teacher Aide, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administering first aid and medication to students
Assisting with the development and implementation of student health plans
Responding to health-related emergencies
Monitoring and maintaining first aid supplies
Managing student attendance records and early/late departures
Maintaining accurate student information
Supporting classroom operations with resource preparation
