Team Assistant and EA to CFO

We are seeking a highly driven and organised individual for the role of Team Assistant to the Finance Department and Executive Assistant to the Pacific CFO at CBRE. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Provide high quality administrative support to the broader finance community including 5 direct reports as well as Executive Assistant support to our CFO
• Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking, invoice processing and expense reconciliations, and financial administration
• Provide support on operational projects, pulling together data, managing excel spreadsheets, producing reports and streamlining processes
• Extensive internal and external client/stakeholder engagement and interaction with executive leaders and their teams.

• An executive level EA with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Committed, enthusiastic team player, with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, manage and prioritise workflow, and anticipate needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) knowledge coupled with eagerness and capacity to learn CBRE specific programs.
