- Full time position (76 hours per fortnight)

About this position
We're seeking a proactive and reliable team member to support our Supervisor Centre Operations in delivering top-tier aquatic services.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with the smooth operation of aquatic programmes
- Opening and closing the Centre with professionalism and care
- Maintaining operational procedures, including plant and equipment management
- Ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all visitors

What we are looking for
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in pool operations
- Experience delivering programs and services in an aquatic/leisure facility
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Availability to work weekends, early morning or evening shifts as per roster
Essential requirements
- Current Police Clearance (less than three months old)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Pool Operator qualification
- Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Senior First Aid certificate
- BA (Breathing Apparatus) qualification
- LIWA Member Accreditation
