About the Role…
As a Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in demonstrating leadership to our team and delivering hands-on support to ensure service excellence to all customers.
You work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist with the operation, supervising team members and ensure service excellence. Additionally, you'll contribute to:
- Provide hands-on supervision and leadership to our team
- Team briefings on shift duties and tasks
- Monitor productivity and performance
- Conduct training and mentorship to team members

With a background in hospitality and leadership experience, you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering customer service excellence and leading by example. You will also bring:

Experience & Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience in Hospitality
- A minimum of 2-years of hospitality experience in a leadership role
- Current RSA Certificate
