- Salary: $55.72 to $58.19 an hour + Super

About the team
The Housing Support Programs Team delivers vital support services across the Darwin region, focusing on increasing independence and stability for young people and older women. Working collaboratively, the team provides tailored assistance through a range of housing programs and domestic and family violence responses, designed to empower clients and improve long-term outcomes.
About the role
We are looking for a Team Leader, Housing Support Programs, to lead the delivery of homelessness programs, ensuring best practice, contract compliance, and effective project implementation.
In this role you will:
- Lead evidence-based program delivery with a focus on quality and improvement
- Manage team performance, workflows, and reporting compliance
- Oversee budgets and meet funding obligations
- Build partnerships to enhance services during sector reform
- Support internal transitions and mentor staff to build capability
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (postgraduate desirable)
- Proven leadership and program delivery experience in community sectors
- Strong knowledge of homelessness and domestic violence frameworks
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Passionate advocate for women’s rights and social change
