Your Team
The Team Leader, FirstChoice Operations, reports directly to the Senior Manager, FirstChoice Operations and plays an integral role within the FirstChoice Operations Leadership team. This team is tasked with supporting CFS in the execution of administrative activities, either directly or through collaboration with outsourced suppliers.
You will oversee the administration team to ensure that service delivery and quality standards are met, while maintaining compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor, measure and report upon key metrics and oversee management information with a focus on adjusting where required.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, monitoring changes in legislation, and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Lead initiatives to evolve and simplify the operating environment through leveraging continuous improvement methodologies.
- Oversee and manage a direct team and an indirect offshore team.
- Conduct and hold quality coaching, development, performance for all people within your direct team.

- Maintain a client-centric approach, addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
- Identify learning opportunities for the supplier through thorough analysis and voice-of-customer information
- Foster positive working relationships with internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
- Employ excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities
