The Role
We are currently seeking a Team Manager to lead & develop their team with all the general duties of running the Day Service/ Night service. This may be with or without the restaurant manager so you must be able to work independently and communicate effectively.

Our ideal candidate is expected to take ownership, develop their teams and contribute to the growth of the business and themselves by providing the best quality food, customer service and dining experience. Please keep in mind this a hands on role and requires no paperwork.
Key areas of responsibility
- Lead operations and staff on shift
- Be able to work well independently
- Elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable
- Develop the team through coaching and training
- Be hands on throughout the entire shift
- High level of attention to detail and organisation.
Skills
Proven experience in a management role in the hospitality industry is a MUST. However, we are all about the attitude and it is vital that you have the following attributes:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $69,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
