Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support to clients, ensuring the smooth operation of digital signage systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site as required
- Design software templates and edit digital signage content
- Install and configure Android and Windows operating systems
- Collaborate with development and sales teams to improve product offerings and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical procedures
- (Preferred) Contribute web design skills to support related projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong technical background, with experience in digital signage or related fields (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
