Boeing Australia is currently seeking to recruit a Total Rewards Specialist to be based in our Brisbane or Melbourne locations.

This role will be responsible to develop, implement, maintain and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems as needed ensuring locally competitive programs that meet business objectives.

This role primarily supports Australia and New Zealand with some support for countries in South East Asia, supporting the Total Rewards Leads for the respective locations.

This position requires some domestic and international travel and regular participation in international calls/meetings which may occur outside of standard business hours.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysi

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell stories with data and translate technical data into business outcome

  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional and non co-located team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelors degree in Commerce/Business/Human Resources/Arts/Finance or simila

  • Experience in contributing to the development, communication or administration of compensation and/or benefit program

  • Experience in working with brokers, benefit providers or other vendor

  • Experience in a role that required project management skill

  • Experience in rolling out new programs or changes to existing program
