Human Resources are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs.

The broader Reward team (or chapter) encompasses Reward Consulting, Pe rformance and Recognition, Reward Governance and Global mobility and Executive Reward. It aims to assist the business in maximising its return on its greatest investment: our people. We operate in agile environment which provides opportunities to work across prioritised projects requiring reward expertise across multi-disciplinary teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Support the design and implementation of comprehensive reward strategies (remuneration; performance; and recognition) that align with global market trends and Group priorities
- Providing consultative performance and reward advice across prioritised projects
- Providing innovative performance and reward solutions that meet emerging business needs and regulatory requirements
- Identifying and proposing effective appropriate changes and enhancements to existing performance and reward frameworks to meet internal and external needs
- Providing advice on internal and external market performance and reward trends
- Delivering performance and remuneration education and coaching across the HR community
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward (including Human Resources more broadly),
- Identifying and responding to emerging trends impacting the Group’s performance and reward strategies and frameworks in Australia and internationally.
About you
You have built some gre at experience and established credibility delivering projects and solutions within large, complex organisations or consulting firms with a thorough understanding of performance and reward principles at a consultant or manager level and you are now ready for your next step!

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- A track record in delivering performance and reward projects and solutions within a large, complex organisation or consulting firm, preferably with a global view
- Superior project management skills, evidenced by the delivery of reward projects in a complex organisation
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working consultatively with others, with a capability to take the lead and make decisions
- Achievements in managing situations where leadership and influencing skills are paramount to achieving success
- Strong analytical skills and ability to concisely and quickly generate insights from data. Strong Excel skills are foundational .
- Curiosity to dig deeper, explore problems and underlying challenges
- Understanding of the financial services environment is preferred but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business-related field
