We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Cavan branch as a Trainee Receptionist. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity, ideal for anyone ready to kickstart a career in business administration.
As part of a 12-month traineeship, you’ll complete a Certificate III in Business Administration while gaining real-world administration experience across our service, sales, and parts departments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting visitors and answering incoming calls
- Assisting with staff and visitor inductions
- Daily office tasks like scanning, filing, mail, and banking
- Ordering office supplies and keeping reception neat and tidy
- Providing friendly customer service in person and by phone
- Assisting with accounts payable/receivable tasks as required
- Various other administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and intermediate computer skills
- The ability to work independently and in a team
- Commitment to completing a 12-month business traineeship
