The Role
Reporting to the Training Administration Team Lead, you will provide a range of professional support including but not limited to:
- Answering a busy multiple line phone system in an expedient and friendly manner
- Responding to internal and external emails within set timeframes
- Arranging learner bookings using Aveling’s internal Training Management and Learning Management systems
- Responding to client and learner queries regarding Aveling’s products and scope
- Assisting learners as the first point of contact, particularly during the registration process
- Preparation of course material
- Coordinating with others in the organisation to ensure that training equipment is both effective and operationally safe
- Organise training room set up and the training resources are available for delivery
- Reformatting training materials into Aveling templates maintaining compliance standards
- Process learner assessments within set timeframes as required
- General administrative tasks such as quote preparation, updating internal documents (policies / procedures), preparing mail outs, issuance of certificates etc.
- Providing general administrative support to internal stakeholders
- Promoting Aveling products with a view to increasing learner numbers
