About the role
Are you passionate about training delivery and ready to make an impact in a major transformation program? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Training Coordinator to support the successful rollout of our SysMod program.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of training activities — from managing LMS-based courses and scheduling face-to-face sessions, to tracking completion and supporting the maintenance of learning materials. You'll collaborate across teams to help ensure all employees are prepared for new systems and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face training across Head Office (Adelaide) and regional locations nationally
- Manage course administration in Workday Learning Management System (LMS)
- Track attendance and completion, and provide training reports to leads
- Maintain training resources and quick reference guides (QRGs) on the intranet
- Work with the technical team to identify and report updates required in training materials
- Assist in development of training content (ILT, WBT, QRGs) when capacity allows
